I was THIS close to get AC City Folk but external influences (3 screaming children) made me buy Wii Music instead. I’ve been playing AC DS for 3 years now and enjoys top-list of demand in our household. It will probably appear under the tree. BTW Wii music doesn’t do much for me but the kids are Ga-Ga about it. My top Wii game right now? World of Goo, its goo-licious.

Dude, this reminds me of Christmas 04 (or maybe 05, I can’t remember now!). We got GTA: SA, MGS3, Metroid Prime 2 and I *think* Halo 2? What an expensive and epic year for games. I think 2008 is starting to reach similar levels…must…resist…spending…

Man this brainy synopsis of Nintendo reads like out of the WSJ. Now I need to decompress.
Yesterday finally unlocked my mii in Mario Kart (win the 100cc Special Cup). I never felt so accomplished after having to the embarrassment of racing as Baby Peach. It all paid off.

I’m mystified by the comment that GTA4 is not boosting the sales of PS3 and 360.
Last week the boy bolted out the room enraged during a Mario Kart wii race because he got hit by a shell. His 90+ yr old grandma picked up the wheel and finished Luigi’s track with a decent time. Now, that’s old school forya!
